In Solidarity With Trans Children

In Alberta as elsewhere reactionary backlash is targeting trans people, particularly trans children. Team Advantage examines the framing of this backlash and explores how it may be rooted in the cultural construction of childhood and education. We also review the history of trans identity, working towards a better framing and ways to stand in solidarity with trans children.

  1. i appreciate the commentary against the fearmongering of online spaces. the family is a cult and local community is little better. online spaces need to be analyzed and freed from private ownership, not abolished. it’s jarring how people (millenials) will condemn online spaces and act like it’s fine or even a positive for them to not exist. i feel it’s become that generation’s “fuck you, got mine”
